Step 1 - Overview
The following steps will capture all the required information about your organisation so that the appropriate sections and content within the platform are targeted to the relevant audience and also facilitate their participation, e.g. completion of questionnaires and/or uploading of documents.
Step 2 - Your Organisation
The organisation's name and how it is structured, i.e. the geographical site(s) and their respective department(s) to facilitate the circulation of information and collection of data (from responses).
Step 3 - Your Team
These are named individuals within your organisation who you will need to undertake specific roles (and associated tasks) within the platform in order to complete your bDCR, for which they need an individual user account* - those roles are listed below:
bDCR Lead — The person who will lead the bDCR in your organisation, i.e. is responsible and accountable to senior leadership (in all probability this will be you as you're completing this section).
bDCR Client Administrator — The person who manages the bDCR platform activities across your organisation and ensures they are completed (including by others), e.g. sourcing relevant documentation and ensuring it is uploaded into the platform.
Client Management Tier(s) — These are all the people in your organisation who have line management responsibilities and are able to comment upon more strategic questions that may be asked in relation to your organisation's READINESS to adopt and use digital technology.
IT Admin — This individual will be the person who will co-ordinate the responses to questions around your digital INFRASTRUCTURE. This may be an internal IT manager or an external service delivery manager (if your IT provision is out-sourced).
* Everyone else within the organisation will access the platform using a code that will be provided.

While the team members you specified will be given separate user accounts, those in your organisation that do not have specific roles with bDCR will be able to access it using the code CODE123 by selecting "I have a code" on the login page.
Your username will be example and a temporary password will be sent to your email example@example.com on completion. You will be asked to change this temporary password on the next screen, and will be automatically logged in to bDCR, unless you navigate away from this page.
